I started training with Wes about 9 months ago and it was the best decision I have ever made! I’ve been on many diets, exercise programs and have had personal trainers in the past but NOTHING at all compares to results I have achieved in training with Wes. I dropped 60 lbs since training with him and in the best shape I have been in over 15 years. I have also gained so much more than just weight loss as he has helped to bring focus and balance in my life with his constant support. He challenges me to push beyond what I think my limits are. He has guided me through heavy lifting and running both of which I never did in the my many years of exercising! I am always still amazed at how far I have come from where I started. Wes is also extremely knowledge in nutrition, anatomy of the body, up-to-date exercise techniques as well ensuring that his workouts are customized to your needs and achieving your goals. I look forward to continue my journey training with Wes. Highly recommend!
Wes is a knowledgable and careful trainer, excellent at customizing a workout routine to the right level to get results while working around occasional injuries etc. He’s also a nice, low-key guy and fun to chat with along the way. I’m not an athlete, just someone who’s looking to counter the sedentary NY lifestyle, and Wes helped get me into the best shape I’ve been in in years. And Paul is great too – though I usually work with Wes, everything I said about Wes goes for Paul as well. You can’t do better than to hook up with these guys.
One more note – they’ve just moved in to their new space, which they designed to their spec and is awesome – from the main space to the bathrooms, it feels more like a spa than a gym. An all-around high-end experience.
I’m beyond impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dedication of both Westley and Paul. I have worked with trainers in the past but none have showed me the attention and care that these guys have. They truly show concern for your well-being while also helping you work toward your goals. Highly, highly recommend if you want trainers that are willing to educate you and treats you as a person not a number.
I started training with Wes a liitle bit more than a year ago and I must say that I am totally different person from then – in a good way of course :). In the past I had been exercising by myself (taking classes, jogging, etc) but have never results like this! I started weightlifting and he guided me through the process – he paid attention to every movement making sure I had the correct form so I didn’t injure myself, after that increasing the weight or repetitions. He knows exactly which are my limits and he knows when to push harder – I kind of hate that sometimes lol!
I feel stronger capable of doing stuff I could have never imagined! My lifestyle has entirely changed and training has become a priority and I feel great! I would totally recommend him!
I started my weight loss journey at 250 pounds and have worked with dozens of medical and fitness specialists over the past 3 years to finally bring my weight down to now a manageable 170 pounds. Working with Wes and Paul has been instrumental in changing my entire outlook regarding training, diet, and lifestyle and I owe them so much! I’ve had other trainers before who claim to be experts but seem to focus more on their phones and social media following rather than helping me get results. These guys are the real deal and I’d recommend who is looking for REAL coaches who care and go the extra mile to contact them and sign up for a trial. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy while progressively pushing me towards my goals and I’m so glad that I found them!!
Wes is really one of the best trainers out there. I’ve been training with him for the last 7 months and I’m extremely happy with the progress and results. He has amazing energy, he makes the workouts really fun and challenging and he’ll push you to your limits. He’s very knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and nutrition as well. He’ll know exactly how to modify the workouts in case of injury etc. I had really bad eating habits and I’m a super picky eater and he somehow managed to get me to eat better. Since I started training with him, I became addicted to the gym. I’ve had trainers before who didn’t come close to Wes. I used to get bored of training after 6 months; it’s been 7 months now and I just want to train more and more.
I also recently joined the small group classes and those are amazing as well. They’re small enough so you still get your personal attention and guidance and you get the group energy which is more fun and competitive.
I’ve primarily been training with Wes but I’ve also trained with Paul a few times and I’ve seen him with other clients, he’s also amazing. You can’t go wrong with either one of them. So if you’re considering signing up with Wes or Paul, go ahead, you won’t regret it.
I’ve had the pleasure of training twice a week with Paul Park for almost a year — I started when I was pregnant with my second child and have continued post-partum with enormous gains in strength, weight loss and overall fitness. I have had many trainers in the past several years but none have exceeded Paul in his commitment to my strength, conditioning, goals and overall well being. He brings a certain mindfulness to each session, taking into account my current state of energy, stress levels and modifying each workout with intelligent sequencing that always makes me feel energized, strong and proud of what I accomplished. He is never distracted and always vigilant about safety, and alignment. He has also helped me modify my diet with some easy fixes to help me reach my goals. I can’t recommmend him highly enough. The world needs more people who are as dedicated to their profession and vision as Paul.
