When we keep our torso in alignment, our biceps do ALL of the work. 

Push your ribs back and keep head in a straight line over your hips, as you bring your elbows forward and slightly up. 

When you curl the weight, you should feel your ABS and biceps. 

Try it out, progressively overload over time, and watch your biceps grow!

I've worked with what I thought were excellent coaches in the past, so was surprised when in my very first session Wes was able to teach me some basic ways to improve my form that took my workouts to a new level. I wasn't sure it would be worth the money, but have wound up feeling like it's more than worth it - in my opinion there's a quality of instruction at UpFit that's hard to locate elsewhere at any cost. Regina is also an excellent coach - so appreciate her consistency, thoughtfulness, and healthy accountability. Huge thanks for helping me upgrade my workouts and life for the better!

UpFit training has been awesome. Whether you are trying to build muscle mass, get leaner, or just need general fitness motivation; this is the place to go. Trainers are incredibly helpful in instructing how to use the right techniques and will motivate you. I have learned ways to optimize my workouts through this training. The team also provides 1:1 counselling sessions to help get your diet on track to ensure you are meeting your fitness goals from all ends. I'm really glad that I found UpFit training and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to take their fitness to the next gear.

Training here has been the most amazing experience I have had with trainers/gyms.

I answered an advertisement a few years ago. Came for an evaluation and have been here since.
