These exercises demand coordination and strength, making them physically and mentally challenging. These patterns will help you develop fitness and get the results you want🔥🔥Split Squat
-Set up with feet hip width apart
-Back heel stays elevated
-Chest tall with a slight forward lean
-Move straight down and up
-Push through lead footLateral Squat
-Wide stance with toes pointed forward
-Hips move back and chest stays up
-Come back into a full standing positionBulgarian Split Squat
-Shoe laces down on bench behind you
-Move straight down with control
-Push straight up with an upright posture
-Keep front foot flatFront Lunge
-Feet hip width apart
-Step forward while maintaining posture
-Push through lead foot

The hip hinge targets the hamstrings, glutes, core, low back, and upper back making it a total body exercise.The hip hinge/deadlift should be practiced regularly as it is a foundational movement. When choosing a variation it is important to consider a trainee’s experience, fitness, and mobility level.-Medicine Ball Good Morning
Introductory exercise for the hip hinge
Emphasize technique
Front load emphasizes core
Feet hip with, ball high
Hips go back with a slight bend in the knees
When you feel a stretch in hamstrings, bring hips forward and shoulders up-Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
Set up similar to good morning
Weights held at side of hips
Engage lats (squeeze armpits) and upper back
Execute the same as the good morning-Kettlebell Deadlift
Stand over kettlebell
Hinge back and bend knees
Grab the horns and engage lats (squeeze armpit)
Drive feet into the ground and stand up
Hips and shoulders move at the same speed-Trap Bar Deadlift
Feet hip width inside of bar
Hinge back and bend knees
Grab the bar in the middle of the handles and center the weight
Create pre-tension by squeezing lats and engaging core
Drive feet into the ground and stand-Conventional Deadlift
Barbell over the midfoot, feet hip width
Hinge back and bend knees
Grab bar just outside of the legs
Create pre-tension to take the “slack” out of the bar

Highly highly recommend. These guys get 3-5x more out of me during each session than I think I’m capable of when I walk in the door. Makes a huge difference in terms of results I’m seeing. Feeling strong and healthy.

I joined UpFit over a month ago and already made incredible progress in my weight loss journey. I was at first skeptical that a group session would be as individualized and effective as 1:1 personal training, but I was pleasantly surprised - the attention to detail and posture and quality of instruction are impressive. All instructors are fantastic and genuinely kind people. They are very motivating and will take it upon themselves to fulfill your maximum potential. I would highly recommend this gym and plan to be a lifetime member!

Great experience, they really care here. Wes sat down with me and discussed goals, nutrition habits, my fitness history, lifestyle influences like stress and sleep. Got a customized for me hour long workout for each session, suggestions and demonstrations for each move, discussing proper form and necessary adjustments according to what I needed to progress. The workout sessions were high energy and motivating left me feeling strong and challenged
