We transformed every aspect of the fitness experience. We designed a training curriculum that is curated for your specific fitness experience and needs. We recruited and vetted a coaching staff that takes their craft seriously, leads by example, and lives what they preach. Our coaching program caters to all levels of experience and specializes in a curriculum for beginners. At UpFit, our goal is to help members develop strong fundamentals and learn how to effectively manage a strength & conditioning program for long-term results.
UpFit’s signature program is our Small Group Training Class. It offers the same level of individualization of Personal Training and results at a fraction of the cost by sharing the attention of a coach. The small group setting forces members to more quickly develop competence and autonomy with their training, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Personal Training is a great option for those without any prior experience in athletics or with strength & conditioning. It’s also a great starting point for those with orthopedic challenges, those navigating through injury, or those with recent surgical history that need more supervision during their training sessions.
Our comprehensive nutrition coaching is designed to complement your training program and is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our coaches will guide you through personalized nutrition strategies. We focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes, to ensure long-term success and overall well-being.
All coaches have degrees in Exercise Science and are experienced in working with and around most orthopedic conditions. More often an appropriate strength program with proper exercise selection and dosage is the best intervention to recover from injury and return to sport and activities of daily living while staying pain-free.
