Wes is really one of the best trainers out there. I’ve been training with him for the last 7 months and I’m extremely happy with the progress and results. He has amazing energy, he makes the workouts really fun and challenging and he’ll push you to your limits. He’s very knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and nutrition as well. He’ll know exactly how to modify the workouts in case of injury etc. I had really bad eating habits and I’m a super picky eater and he somehow managed to get me to eat better. Since I started training with him, I became addicted to the gym. I’ve had trainers before who didn’t come close to Wes. I used to get bored of training after 6 months; it’s been 7 months now and I just want to train more and more.
I also recently joined the small group classes and those are amazing as well. They’re small enough so you still get your personal attention and guidance and you get the group energy which is more fun and competitive.
I’ve primarily been training with Wes but I’ve also trained with Paul a few times and I’ve seen him with other clients, he’s also amazing. You can’t go wrong with either one of them. So if you’re considering signing up with Wes or Paul, go ahead, you won’t regret it.
