Since meeting Wes and beginning training a few months ago, I have been fortunate to experience what makes Upfit far and away the best training experience of my life. At 33, I have worked with many trainers over the years, good and bad– but the knowledge, energy, and intensity that Wes brings to each session has changed the game for me personally.
