Paul park was my personal trainer from 2009, I’ve been hooked on exercising and weight lifting ever since. He is extremely knowledgeable about weight lifting, dieting and overall health. He is into basic fundamentals and fine details of weight lifting. I’ve personally learned a lot from him and kept me motivated til this day.
